As the founding creative behind EisnerAmper’s recruitment marketing presence, I built a modern content ecosystem for one of the nation’s largest accounting and advisory firms - from TikTok storytelling to a full career site redesign. Every piece of content was designed to make a professional services brand feel human, relatable, and worth engaging with.

Role: Creator, Strategist, Producer
Project: Created and launched EisnerAmper’s first-ever TikTok channel, producing every video in-house - from concept and script to edit. Through trend-led content, storytelling, and employee features, I grew the channel organically to 8K+ followers, a standout achievement for a professional services firm.
Impact: Built brand visibility with early-career audiences and established EisnerAmper as an industry innovator on emerging platforms.

Project: Transformed EisnerAmper’s Instagram from a campus-only account into @eisneramper_careers, representing professionals at every stage. Managed all creative direction, campaign design, and content strategy.
Impact: Grew the page organically from ~1K to 1.9K followers through storytelling, culture-focused visuals, and consistent branding.

Project: Led the content strategy and rewrite of EisnerAmper’s career website to better reflect its brand voice and user journey. Partnered cross-functionally on UX, messaging, and analytics setup.
