At this nonprofit dedicated to workforce training and career access, I used storytelling to strengthen donor connection and drive real fundraising growth.


  • Role: Concept Creator, Interviewer, Storyboard Writer

    Project: Partnered with a videographer and editor to create the organization’s annual donor video. I led concept development, interviewed program graduates, and shaped the narrative to highlight the human impact of BWI’s mission.


    Impact:

    • Used across all donor outreach to individuals and corporations.

    • Drove year-over-year fundraising growth from $719K to $766K.

      • Individual giving increased from $186K → $225K.

      • Corporate giving increased from $532K → $540K.
